Cancer Fund for children’s updated fundraiser

When applying for the role of junior designer at Cancer Fund for Children, I was tasked with creating a rebrand for their coffee mornings. This was highly successful as I was hired based on this work, and once I began working at the charity, I had the opportunity to develop it further into becoming their new coffee morning fundraising campaign.

Discover - I researched existing coffee morning campaigns and explored the brand’s identity.
Develop - I developed many ideas from names to logos and slogans. I created a presentation with all of my work and presented it to the charity. Once I began working there I got feedback from the Youth Engagement Group and developed the campaign further. I adjusted the name, slogan and logo to fit their changes.
Deliver - I created a whole new brand for the coffee morning campaign. I made posters, flyers, social media posts, and had the opportunity for the Youth Engagement Group to model in photos for the campaign.

I created an entire brand identity for the charity’s coffee morning.
It became ‘Daisy Coffee Morning’ to keep it simple and recognisable with the brand. It has had its first year and hopefully by next year it will be a big event, competing with other charities to raise vital funds for a great cause.
